The Waikato Embroiderers' Guild has enjoyed hosting the biennial National Conference 2010 on behalf of the Association of New Zealand Embroiderers' Guilds Inc (ANZEG).
Five hundred Conference attendees enjoyed a week of meetings, speakers, exhibitions and workshops in Hamilton with sunshine and blue skies every day.
The exhibitions at Artspost, Diocesan School and The Cathedral Church of St Peter were very well attended by the public who appreciated seeing beautiful traditional work and contemporary embroidered art.
The National Open Exhibition, the Invited Artists Exhibition and the Extensions Exhibition at Artspost are open until Monday 2nd August with free admission.
